THE BUSINESS QUESTION
The design addresses records collaboration in a timber supply chain by connecting batches, suppliers, upstream origins and evidence. Reviewers follow a relationship graph to inspect origins, missing records and review status. Images use design mockups and illustrative data; they do not establish production deployment or compliance outcomes.
ONE WORKFLOW
This is a workflow design illustration. The scope of an operational validation version is agreed after assessment.
DESIGN DECISIONS
Organize company details, quantity, units and origins around the current batch, rather than an isolated supplier directory.
A batch may have several upstream branches. Relationships, quantities and document status need separate representation for review.
Use graph nodes to locate supporting files and omissions, retaining change requests and subsequent status against specific records.
YOUR FIRST VALIDATION
Start with one anonymized batch and two supply branches. Walk through submission, linking origins, checking missing files and requesting changes. Check quantities, required fields, branch status and reviewer visibility. Agree inputs, actions and expected results before validation.

The page documents an approach to organizing and reviewing records. File authenticity, external certification checks, supply-chain completeness and production performance and security require separate validation within an agreed project scope.
