VALUE FIRST. TRUST THROUGH EXPERIENCE.

To create real value for you and your business, we build every collaboration on trust.

Experience it first.
Then decide together.

We build custom business systems, mini programs, IoT and AI applications. After assessing your needs and signing validation and confidentiality agreements, we deliver an operable core workflow for you to try before deciding on formal cooperation.

Confidentiality before detail. Experience before commitment.

01 / SELECTED WORK

See how real business problems are solved.

From warehouse operations to service fulfillment, see how systems become part of everyday work.

02 / PROOF BEFORE COMMITMENT

Build trust through one core workflow.

We first understand your operations and goals, then agree one key workflow. Use the validation version yourself to decide whether the approach is right to take further.

01

Does the business logic fit?

Do the rules, steps and results reflect your operations?

02

Does the interaction work?

Can the intended users complete the agreed task smoothly?

03

Is it worth taking further?

Does this workflow address the key problem and provide a useful foundation?

01 / CONTINUE

A good fit? Move forward.

Agree the development scope, price and acceptance criteria. Sign the contract and pay the first installment before core development begins.

02 / YOUR CHOICE

Not a fit? End validation.

Choose not to proceed within the agreed review period, with no development fee for the agreed MVP scope.

Third-party costs, use of validation deliverables, source-code handover and handling of client materials are agreed in the validation agreement before work starts.

03 / CAPABILITIES

The right capabilities around your workflow.

HOW WE WORK / SIX STEPS

Make an informed decision at every step.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

Discuss current workflows, pain points, goals, future plans and expected project budget.

  2. 02

    Agree scope and confidentiality

Agree the workflow boundaries, roles, data use, timing and feedback, and sign validation and confidentiality agreements.

  3. 03

    Operate the core workflow

Try the key actions and inspect results. Live integrations and simulated elements are clearly identified.

  4. 04

    Choose whether to continue

Choose to proceed or stop within the agreed review period. Costs and deliverables follow the validation agreement.

  5. 05

    Develop, accept and hand over

Agree scope, price and acceptance criteria. After signing and first payment, proceed with development, testing, deployment and acceptance.

  6. 06

    One year of support

After final acceptance, receive defect fixes and operational maintenance within the agreed scope.

AFTER DELIVERY / 12 MONTHS

Support continues after launch.

One year of warranty and maintenance within the agreed scope starts upon final acceptance.

Defect fixes

Resolve software defects within the accepted delivery scope.

Operational support

Help investigate operational issues and provide agreed maintenance support.

Clear handover

Hand over source code, deployment materials and user instructions as agreed in the contract.

New features and scope changes are assessed separately. Service hours, response arrangements and third-party costs follow the contract.

QUESTIONS / CLEAR FROM THE START

A few things to know before we start.

What exactly is the MVP?

The MVP is an operable version of one agreed business workflow. It helps you validate the approach. Full permissions, security, performance and production deployment requirements are agreed as part of formal development.

Does submitting a request start development?

Submission requests an assessment only. We first discuss fit, the expected budget for the formal project and validation scope, then sign validation and confidentiality agreements.

What happens if I choose not to continue?

If you decline within the agreed review period, no development fee is charged for the agreed MVP scope. Third-party costs and deliverable handling must be agreed before starting; this is not a blanket promise of zero costs.

When are pricing and the first payment agreed?

Discuss the expected project budget before validation. If you continue, agree the formal scope, total price, payment milestones and acceptance criteria, then sign and pay the first installment before development.

How are business materials and source code handled?

Detailed business materials are shared under confidentiality terms. Agreements specify data use, rights to validation deliverables, source-code handover and return or deletion of materials on exit.

YOUR NEXT WORKFLOW

Which part of your business should work better first?

You do not need a complete, complex requirements document. Start with everyday work: how do you do it today, what takes the most time, and where do you get stuck?

Tell us the results you want and your future business plans. Together, we will consider immediate problems and longer-term goals to choose the most useful core workflow to validate first.
