This project organizes raw materials, work in progress and finished goods previously tracked in spreadsheets and chats into material, batch, location and stock-movement records. The first phase focuses on inventory search, scanning and count traceability.
Starting point
Materials were spread across spreadsheets, locating stock required several people, and month-end counts used inconsistent definitions. The first phase needed to establish location, batch and the operator behind each movement.

What changed in the business?
Inventory lookup moved from asking colleagues and finding spreadsheets to admin search. Material issues and counts share an interface, with traceable exceptions. Public materials provide no verifiable efficiency percentage; illustrative interface numbers are not business results.
Scope and limitations
The published first-phase scope covers core warehouse workflows, not a complete ERP, financial accounting or all production management. Each new project must reassess data quality, hardware, integrations and operating rules.
