QUESTIONS / CLEAR FROM THE START
The MVP is an operable version of one agreed business workflow. It helps you validate the approach. Full permissions, security, performance and production deployment requirements are agreed as part of formal development.
Submission requests an assessment only. We first discuss fit, the expected budget for the formal project and validation scope, then sign validation and confidentiality agreements.
If you decline within the agreed review period, no development fee is charged for the agreed MVP scope. Third-party costs and deliverable handling must be agreed before starting; this is not a blanket promise of zero costs.
Discuss the expected project budget before validation. If you continue, agree the formal scope, total price, payment milestones and acceptance criteria, then sign and pay the first installment before development.
Detailed business materials are shared under confidentiality terms. Agreements specify data use, rights to validation deliverables, source-code handover and return or deletion of materials on exit.
YOUR NEXT WORKFLOW
You do not need a complete, complex requirements document. Start with everyday work: how do you do it today, what takes the most time, and where do you get stuck?
Tell us the results you want and your future business plans. Together, we will consider immediate problems and longer-term goals to choose the most useful core workflow to validate first.
