What information we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we collect only the name, phone number and message you provide. Some entry points also include the product or service you are enquiring about to help our team understand your needs.
To understand lead sources and improve the website, we record visitor and session identifiers, visited and entry pages, referrers, UTM parameters, device type, approximate country or region, and events such as page views, clicks, tool runs, form starts and submission results. Analytics events do not record names, phone numbers, enquiry text, uploaded file contents, tool input text, keys or signatures.
Why we use this information
Information is used only for purposes directly related to the website and project services:
- Respond to enquiries and arrange follow-up
- Understand business context and assess product direction and initial scope
- Record lead sources, follow-up status and communication history
- Analyze usage and improve content, navigation and conversion experience
- Detect unusual requests and abuse and protect the website
- Fulfill contractual, delivery and after-sales obligations after formal engagement
We do not use submitted contact details for unrelated bulk marketing or sell personal information.
Analytics, tool usage summaries & local storage
This website uses first-party analytics rather than third-party advertising trackers. Your browser may store these local identifiers:
- Visitor identifier
- Stored locally in the browser to recognize repeat visits.
- Session identifier
- Stored in session storage to measure a continuous visit.
- Initial source information
- Records direct visits, search engines, campaign links or external referrals.
To understand broad geographic distribution, the server may infer country codes and names from request IP addresses. The analytics database stores only country-level results and their source, not raw IP addresses. When hosting does not provide a trusted country header, the server may temporarily send an IP address to a geolocation provider solely to obtain a country-level result and briefly cache it in memory. VPNs, mobile networks and corporate gateways may cause inaccurate results.
Tool calculations, file parsing, image processing, document retrieval and signature operations remain in your browser. After a tool operation, we store its name, category, anonymous visitor and session identifiers, device type, time and structured summaries reduced to counts or bands. Examples include high inventory risk, a CNY 35,000–80,000 budget band, three selected roles or a 3–6 month cash runway. These summaries help us understand needs and improve tools.
Tool summaries do not store uploaded files, document or JSON text, keys, signatures, contact details, company names, exact financial amounts, specific URLs, free-text inputs or full generated results. The SEO/GEO checker sends the public URL you enter to our server for immediate page retrieval and analysis. The URL and page content are not stored in usage summaries. Requests are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
You can clear local storage through your browser settings. A new anonymous identifier will be created on later visits without affecting basic browsing, tool use or enquiry forms.
How information is stored and protected
Enquiries and analytics are stored in the website's server database, with safeguards appropriate to our current operations:
- HTTPS encrypts transmission between browser and server
- Admin access requires authentication and has no public entry point
- Backend data access is limited according to work needs
- Database backups have restricted access
- Logs, health checks and request limits support service security
- Development, test and production data are separated where possible; tests preferentially use anonymized data
Information is retained as needed for communication, contracts and reasonable business records. When no longer necessary, it is deleted, anonymized or no longer used as appropriate, except where law, disputes or contractual obligations require retention.
Your information rights
Subject to applicable law and contracts, you may request:
- Access to or a copy of stored enquiry information
- Correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdrawal of further contact requests or restriction of specific processing
- Deletion of information no longer needed
- An explanation of how particular information is used
We may verify your identity or original contact details to protect information. Where contracts, finance, disputes or legal obligations require retention, we will explain why immediate deletion is unavailable and the applicable scope.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party platforms, and projects may use cloud, mapping, payment, SMS or AI services. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies; this policy does not replace their rules. Project-specific third-party processing is described in proposals or contracts.
