Starting point

Support staff tracked enquiries and bookings individually, and service progress required manual confirmation. User, staff and admin interfaces needed a shared fulfillment process to prevent conflicting status records.

First-phase delivery scope

  • User booking and service-status interface
  • Staff dispatch handling and fulfillment feedback
  • Admin console, status notifications and processing records

Acceptance focus

These checks summarize the public project review to explain expected system behavior. Actual acceptance follows the confirmed project documentation.

  1. Bookings move forward

Submitted bookings appear in the appropriate management interface and can proceed to dispatch.

  2. Roles work together

Users, staff and managers view and update status according to their responsibilities.

  3. Service progress is traceable

Status and notification records are retained from dispatch through fulfillment for follow-up.

What changed in the business?

A manually tracked service process became traceable work orders shared across three interfaces. This review describes workflow changes and deliverables without disclosing client identity or production data.
